Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Entry pass yang valid adalah yang dibeli melalui youtix.id

A valid Entry Pass is one purchased through youtix.id

2. Satu entry pass berlaku untuk satu orang.

One entry pass is valid for one person.

3. Panitia dan promotor tidak bertanggung jawab/ tidak ada penggantian kerugian atas pembelian tiket acara melalui calo/tempat/kanal/platform/ yang bukan mitra resmi penjualan tiket  "The 14th Efestaphoria”.

The committee and the promoter are not responsible/no compensation for the purchase of event tickets through brokers/places/channels/platforms/who are not the official ticket sales partners of "The 14th Efestaphoria”.

4. Tiket yang hilang/dicuri tidak akan diganti atau diterbitkan ulang meskipun anda memiliki bukti pembelian. Tiket kalian merupakan tanggung jawab kalian.

Lost/stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued even though you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your responsibility.

5. Panitia acara, promotor, dan pengisi acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang telah dikeluarkan penonton untuk mengunjungi acara, jika seandainya acara harus dibatalkan atau dipindahkan ke hari dan/atau waktu lain.

Promoter and event organizer are not responsible for the transportation or accommodation costs incurred by the audience to visit the event if the event has to be canceled or moved to another day and/or time.

6. Dalam keadaan keadaan kahar seperti bencana alam, kerusuhan, perang, wabah, dan semua keadaan darurat yang diumumkan secara resmi oleh pemerintah. Panitia penyelenggara/promotor berhak untuk membatalkan dan/atau merubah waktu acara dan tata letak tempat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

In force majeure situations such as natural disasters, riots, wars, epidemics, and all emergencies announced officially by the government. The organizer/promoter has the right to cancel and/or change the event time and venue layout without prior notice.

7. Panitia penyelenggara/promotor berhak untuk, merevisi waktu acara, tata letak tempat dan kapasitas penonton tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

The committee organizer/promoter has the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.

8. Jika acara dibatalkan, promotor harus mengembalikan uang pembelian tiket yang sudah dibeli, tetapi akan dipotong biaya bank dan biaya lain-lain yang mungkin dikenakan untuk mentransfer uang kembali ke pelanggan.

If the event is canceled, the promoter must return the purchase of tickets that have been purchased, but will be deducted by bank fees or other payments that may be charged to transfer money back to the customer.

9. Pengembalian dana akan dilakukan secepat mungkin, yaitu maksimal 14 hari kerja setelah pengisian form yang akan diinfokan ke email pembeli tiket.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, which is a maximum of 14 working days after filling out the form which will be informed to the ticket buyer's email.

10. Panitia acara, promotor, dan pengisi acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas hilangnya barang-barang pribadi para penonton atau kejadian-kejadian yang mengakibatkan cedera di semua area acara selama acara berlangsung, apapun alasannya.

The event organizer, promoters, and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal items of the audience or events that result in injury in all areas of the event during the event, whatever the reason.

11. Harap membawa kartu identitas (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) asli dan e-ticket dari youtix.id saat melakukan penukaran tiket.

Please bring your original ID card and e-ticket from yesplis.com when exchanging tickets.

12. Penukaran tiket bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu/kondisional.

Ticket redemption is subject to change at any time/conditional.

13. Promotor berhak untuk (the promoter has the right to):

• Melarang penonton masuk jika entry pass telah digunakan oleh orang lain.

  Prohibits the audience from entering if the entry pass has been used by someone else.

• Melarang penonton masuk ke area venue jika entry pass yang digunakan tidak valid.

  Prohibits the audience from entering the venue area if the entry pass used is invalid.

• Melarang penonton masuk ke area venue jika tidak memiliki entry pass/memiliki entry pass untuk event selain The 14th Efestaphoria.

  Prohibits the audience from entering the venue area if they do not have an entry pass/have an entry pass for an event other than The 14th Efestaphoria.

• Memproses atau mengajukan hukuman, baik perdata maupun pidana, terhadap pengunjung yang mendapatkan entry pass secara tidak sah, termasuk ditemukannya pemalsuan dan penggandaan entry pass yang sah, atau memperoleh entry pass dengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur.

  Processing or filing laws, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who get entry pass illegally, including falsifying and duplicating valid entry pass, or obtaining entry pass in a way that is not in accordance with procedures.

14. Penyelenggara mengambil tindakan tegas, dan berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung dari venue jika tidak mematuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

The organizers take firm action, and have the right to get visitors out from the venue if they do not comply with the terms and conditions that have been set.

15. Barang yang boleh dibawa kedalam venue (items that are allowed to be brought into the venue):

• Membawa kartu identitas, uang pribadi, dan telepon seluler.

  Bring your identity card, money, and cellphone.

• Membawa bukti tiket/tanda masuk.

  Bring proof of ticket/entry pass.

• Membawa obat-obatan pribadi.

  Bring your personal medicine.

• Membawa botol minum atau tumbler pribadi.

  Bring a personal water bottle or tumblr.

• Membawa jas hujan.

  Bring a raincoat.

16. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam venue.

It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside into the venue.

17. Dilarang membawa tongkat selfie dan kamera profesional seperti Drone, SLR, DSLR.

It is forbidden to bring selfie sticks and professional cameras such as Drone, SLR, DSLR.

18. Dilarang membawa dan menggunakan alkohol, obat-obatan terlarang, psikotropika, atau barang yang mengandung zat berbahaya lainnya. 

It is prohibited to carry and use any alcohol, illegal medicine, drugs, psychotropic substances, or items containing other dangerous substances.

19. Dilarang membawa senjata tajam/api, bahan peledak, dan benda-benda yang dilarang menurut ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku ke dalam venue. 

It is prohibited to bring sharp weapons/fire, explosives, and objects prohibited under the provisions of the applicable laws into the venue.

20. Dilarang membawa cairan parfum berbotol kaca dan benda yang mudah terbakar.

Do not bring flammable liquids and objects.

21. Dilarang membawa tas atau ransel berukuran besar.

Do not carry large bags or backpacks.

22. Dilarang membawa laser dan pointer.

23. Dilarang, membawa snare drum dan terompet.

It is forbidden to bring snare drums and trumpets.

24, Dilarang membawa, sepeda, skateboard, otoped, atau sepatu roda kedalam venue.

It is forbidden to bring bicycles, skateboards, otopeds, or roller skates into the venue.

25. Dilarang membawa peliharaan.

No pets allowed.

26. Dilarang membawa barang yang berbahaya untuk orang lain maupun diri sendiri walaupun tidak disebutkan pada peraturan diatas.

It is forbidden to bring goods that are dangerous to others or to yourself even though it is not stated in the above regulations.

27. Pihak promotor/penyelenggara acara berhak mengambil, menyita dan tidak mengembalikan kepada penonton jika ditemukannya barang tersebut saat pengecekan barang.

The promoter/event organizer has the right to take, confiscate, and not return it to the audience if the goods are found when security checking.

28. Anak yang berusia lebih dari 2 tahun wajib memiliki tiket sendiri.

Children over 2 years old are required to have their own ticket.

29. Kami menyarankan agar para penonton menggunakan transportasi umum/online saat datang ke venue

We recommend that the audience use public/online transportation when coming to the venue.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY PASS PURCHASE AND USAGE ABOVE.

AND I GIVE MY CONSENT TO BE LEGALLY BENDED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
